White Wine Thyme Spritzer

This white wine and spritzer stands out from the rest because instead of sweetening it with regular simple syrup, you make a thyme infused simple syrup that is out of this world. Aromatic and herbal, we absolutely adored this white wine spritzer. The touch of Campari added a bitterness that was well balanced by the thyme simple syrup and orange juice.

We chose to use Hardy’s Stamp Riesling Gewurztraminer, an Australian wine, which is a light and fruity white wine with a citrus finish. That citrus finish is further enhanced by the freshly squeezed orange juice and tartness of the blackberries. You can garnish this cocktail with orange slices and thyme sprigs, it’s truly a perfect summer drink.
