For the 9th year running, the Martinique Gourmande Culinary Festival takes place in Montreal from September 15th to September 25th. Montreal is becoming a destination for culinary festivals and the Martinique Gourmande Culinary Festival is an opportunity to sample the unique cuisine of the island. This festival offers a mix of French, Indian, African and Caribbean, you can be sure that your taste buds will be dancing in delight!
Bars and restaurants around Montreal will add a cocktail or dish to their regular menu which is inspired by the island of Martinique. And this year, the guest of honour is coming directly from Martinique, Chef Jean-Charles Brédas.
